Return & Refund Policy — IslamicHomeDecor.in

All products sold through IslamicHomeDecor.in are eligible for return only if the item is received in a damaged condition or if the shipment itself is damaged during transit. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than damage.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

How to initiate a return:

Reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage — both to the packaging and the product. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Photographs of the damage are mandatory — we cannot process a return without visual proof. Any product that has been installed, mounted, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

Refund:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the damage was caused during transit.

Non-returnable scenarios:

Products that are not damaged, items returned after the 14-day window, and products without photographic evidence of damage are not eligible for return or refund.
